Your content stays yours

You own everything you upload. uploads.run receives a limited license to process, transcribe, and publish to the destinations you connect — and only for those purposes. We do not claim ownership and do not relicense your content to anyone.

Acceptable use

• Upload content you have the right to publish to the destinations you connect.
• Don’t use the service for content that violates the laws of the jurisdictions you’re in or the terms of YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, or any other connected platform.
• Don’t share OAuth tokens or attempt to bypass per-organization isolation.

Service availability

uploads.run is a hosted service offered as-is. We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access — planned and unplanned downtime can occur, and connected platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive) can rate-limit or be unavailable. The dashboard surfaces a banner when the service is degraded.

Termination

Cancel any time. Email hello@uploads.run and we’ll delete your organization’s data within 30 days.

This is a placeholder terms-of-use document required for OAuth verification. We will replace it with a final, lawyer-reviewed version before public launch.
